Intensity at the footy wasn't there today, like in the practise matches, but did enough to defeat a team that played finals.

If we follow instructions and improve our work together we will have a good year.

Best game for the season. Great team work, sharing the footy and running together. Didn't quite get all our goals that we wanted by keeping them scoreless after half time but good work any way.

Good first quarter, Ran the footy, hit targets, but then relaxed. Cant do that to the top team. One quarter of effort doesnt win a footy game.

Great second quarter to lead by 50 points, but relaxed and didn't pressure opposition as much, but was good enough to get the result.

Started slowly but second quarter started to lift our work rate and run but had to chase down too many goals. Attitude - not prepared to work whent it is hard. When we do work, we run and put it in a scoring position.

1st quarter was poor, giving up 4 goals, but we didn't drop our heads, started to work harder and get first to the footy.

Round 13 - 16/7/2006 St Mary's 4.3.27 - v - Preston Bullants 3.7.25
Good 1st quarter when we attacked the footy and ran together. But Preston lifted their intensity and were harder at it in the second.

The 3rd quarter was a wrestle in the wet with no one scoring. The last quarter opened up a bit with our fitness helping kick 3 goals to win. Great win.
